Already owning properties in Finland, the U.S and the Bahamas, power couple Sarah Pursglove and Robert Oesterlund wanted to look into Canadian real estate as their next investment. They quickly fell in love with Toronto and decided on the 55 storey Four Seasons Residence’s tower’s which, at the time, was still under construction.
During their time at the Four Seasons Residences, Pursglove and Oesterlund began divorce negotiations. Since the change in the couple’s marital status, the four-bedroom gem has been placed on the market for $36 million.
With over 9,000 square feet of space, and over $5 million in upgrades and renovations, the home also has an automation system whose cost is roughly around $1 million. The finishes don’t stop there however; the penthouse comes with four private terraces for extra on either end of the suite which takes up the whole floor. The large living room comes with a wet bar, a family room, a media room, a study, and a formal dining room.
The perks are endless, especially when living on the 55th floor of the Four Seasons Residences tower, with 24 hour concierge, and 5 star hotel service at your disposal.
